We aim to make your journey on TrueVine enjoyable and free of troubles! To provide you with an impressive
experience, we might use your
Registration and other information including pictures of your profile, your locations, email address, and date
of birth you used to
register your account to:
- Present our services and features;
- Reach out with updates and cool new stuff about the App;
- Tailor the App/Sites and its content to suit your tastes;
- Study how you interact and use the App/Sites;
- Try out new tech and methods to better the App/Sites;
- Address conflicts, fix issues and ensure our Terms & Conditions are followed;
- Probe into fraud, uphold our legal rights and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
- If you've given us a green signal, we’ll share exciting promotions and offers via direct marketing or other
communication modes. But
don't worry, we won't use your info for email marketing unless you give us your approval during the Account
creation process or via
Settings in the App. You can always opt-out via the App settings or through the opt-out links in each
message;
-Look out for our Users and third parties to keep them safe from any harm.
We may request your consent to utilize your Contact list from your phone for the purpose of sharing profiles on
our service. This information will only be used with your explicit consent, and no other data will be collected
from your Contact list.
HOW OBIMY LIMITED USES PERSONAL DATA:
TrueVine uses this information to:-Provide, maintain, and improve the TrueVine Services;

-Provide Customer Service;
-Help protect the safety of TrueVine and its users, which includes blocking suspected spammers, investigating and addressing abuse, and enforcing the TrueVine

SHARING INFORMATION
When you use the TrueVine Services, certain information may be shared with other users and the public. For

content of your posts and comments, the username associated with your posts or comments, and the date and time
you originally
submitted the post or comment. Although some parts of the services may be private or quarantined, they may

The TrueVine Services may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools that let you share content or action you take using the TrueVine Services with other media. Your use of these features enables the sharing of certain information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OR COLLECTIONS
It is your duty to make sure that you keep your account(s) in good standing with us. If you have an outstanding balance, or if you dispute your payment to us with your credit card or financial institution for any reason, please note that all information collected from your activity on our website may be disclosed to the bank and/or collections agency we work with for the purposes of establishing proof of users’ identity, proof of use, proof that service was provided, and/or collecting any outstanding debt owed to us.

TrueVine is a worldwide service. The information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the TrueVine Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under local law. Pending Privacy Shield Approval: [In connection with TrueVine’s processing of personal data received from the European Union and Switzerland, we adhere to the E.U.-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Program (“Privacy Shield”) and comply with its framework and principles. For more information about Privacy Shield principles and to view our certification, please visit the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield website. Please direct any inquiries or complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield principles to the email listed in the “Data Protection Officer” section below. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may submit your complaint free of charge to Data vault based in the United States. Under certain conditions specified by the Privacy Shield Principles, you may also be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your complaint. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission. UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
TrueVine allows you to change your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log on to TrueVine with your username and password, and you will be able to update the information you have submitted.
CHOICES
We also provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to receive these types of communications at the time of registration, but later decide to opt out of several types of communications at the time of registration. If you no longer want to receive them, simply change your preferences on your account settings or communicate your preferences to us via email. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as information about your account or your use of the TrueVine Services. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. As a Data Subject in the European Economic Area, you have the right to request, access, rectify, withdraw, delete, and restrict how we process your Personal Data. These rights include the ability to review the Personal Data we have in our Information and Communications systems concerning you, the ability to make any corrections to that Personal Data, the ability to be informed of who that data may have been shared with, the ability to withdraw your consent for TrueVine to process your Personal Data, the ability to request that we delete all of your Personal Data, and the ability to restrict how we process your Personal Data.
